[webdav-jp:1088] iconv_hook

はじめて投稿いたします。
mod_encodingをインストールする前に、iconv_hookのインストールで下記エラー
でmake,make installできません。なにぶん初心者なもので、どこをどう変更す
ればよいかよくわかりません。どなたかよろしくご教授ください。
